Number of guests
Our home, along with the surrounding neighborhood, is perfect for families, accommodating up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 7 adults. The minimum number of guests is 2.
We offer a complimentary baby bed for children aged 0-4 years, available upon request.
Please note that we do not accept groups of guests under the age of 26.
For guests aged 13 and older, a Tourist/City Tax of €1.50 per person, per night, will be collected at check-in.
Check-in
Check-in: 3 PM to 10 PM
Check-out: Before 10 AM
All guests, including minors, must present a valid form of identification upon arrival. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
Check-in is conducted in person, and the rental contract will be signed during this time after viewing the house. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time, and let us know promptly if there are any delays to facilitate a smooth check-in process.
We will be present at check-out to greet you and collect the house keys and gate remote control.
Peace and quite
To preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to minimize noise, especially during the evening and night hours.
Please note that events are not permitted at the property, and smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited indoors. Additionally, the property does not allow commercial photography or filming.
Pets
Pets are welcome.
Guests are welcome to bring pets, with a maximum of 2 allowed.
The outdoor area of the house is fenced to ensure the safety and security of your pets. There are no areas with natural grass, so we require attention in managing the needs of your animals. We ask you to always supervise them and not to leave them alone in the house or in the outdoor area..
The extra cost for the end of stay cleaning is €50.
Booking request
Upon receiving your booking request via email at casatina59@gmail.com, we will provide you with the bank account details to proceed with the payment. Once the payment is made, please send a screenshot of the transaction, including the bank transfer identification number.
Your booking will be temporarily reserved for 3 working days while we await the funds to be credited to our bank account. Once the payment is confirmed, your booking will be firmly secured.
For last-minute bookings, the payment must be completed, and the funds credited to Casa Tina's bank account before checking in. .
To validate your booking request, please provide the following information for each guest: full name, date of birth, citizenship, and place of residence.
Term of payment
100% of the payment is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.
By making this payment, you agree to accept the house rules without reservation.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled start date of your stay, the cancellation will be free, and the full amount will be refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled start date, a 50% penalty of the total amount paid for the stay will apply.
Please note that we, as the hosts, reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
