Living room and kitchen
In the spacious living room with original marble flooring and large windows, you will find sofas, a TV, and a dining table. The space is equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters. On the rear side, you overlook the balcony from which you can enjoy a small glimpse of the lake with Mount Baldo in the background.
The living room connects to the kitchen area, which is very spacious and equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, utility cart, toaster, kettle, immersion blender, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, and moka pot, as well as all necessary utensils and kitchenware.
Master bedroom and bathroom
Very spacious and warm with the restored wooden parque. It has a kingsize bed, a full-wall wardrobe and two large windows. Being very spacious, this room can accommodate a crib for babies and/or a single bed for adults upon request. The master bedroom’s bathroom has a shower cabin, a bath tub, sink, toilet and bidet. This room has heating system and independent A/C.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is featuring the same wooden parquet as the master bedroom. It has a comfortable queen size bed and a wall closet. This room has heating system and independent A/C.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has two single beds that can be joint together on request. It has a wall closet and the same warm wooden parquet as the other bedrooms. This room has heating system and independent A/C.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom serves the two bedrooms It has a big shower cabin with a window, sink, toilet and bidet.
Library
In the library, you will find a desk, a wall bookcase, and a nice arm chair. This is a very quite and bright room ideal for working, studying and reading. The armchair can be converted into a comfortable single bed upon request, providing a fourth bedroom. This room has no AC unit but it benefits from the living room’s AC and it has a fan to cool down the room during the wormest summer days.
Laundry
The laundry room, located in the basement and accessible by the indoor staircase, is equipped with sink, washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
Tavern
In the basement you will also find a large room with access to the backyard where the hot tub is. This room can used as a storage space for bicycles (there are 4 bicycle racks) or other sports equipment are located.
