Casa Tina has been fully restored in 2023 and it’s fully furnished with new furnitures and new appliances. It is very comfortable and all details have been carefully taken care of.
It is situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood just a short walk from the beach and from downtown. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets are within walking distance.
There is a private parking lot for two cars, a nice hot tub for 4 people and a basement to store bikes and other sport equipment.

Casa Tina is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Peschiera del Garda, in the second row along the lakeside that connects the historic center to the beach. The neighbourhood is composed of villas and small condominiums where local residents live all year round. The distance from high-traffic roads and large accommodation facilities makes it very quiet and private.
